CheckThis (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides tools for event, guest, and CRM management. We act solely as a Data Processor for any personal data you upload or manage through the Service. You, as the user of the Service, are the Data Controller and bear sole responsibility for complying with all applicable data protection laws.
